* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 17 below expected. * WHERE...Western Hampden MA County. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 25 below. * WHERE...In Massachusetts, Northern Berkshire County. In New York, Eastern Rensselaer, Schoharie, Western Albany, Western Greene, Western Ulster, Northern Fulton, and Southern Herkimer Counties. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
