Little Sioux River At Linn Grove affecting Clay, Cherokee, Buena Vista and O'Brien Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Sioux River at Linn Grove. * WHEN...From Thursday morning to early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 18.5 feet, the city park in Sioux Rapids is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 17.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 18.8 feet Friday morning. The magnitude of this rise will ultimately be determined by any additional rainfall that falls this afternoon.
