Areas of fog, locally dense, will develop across the region overnight tonight. The most widespread fog is expected along and east of the Green Mountains, especially where there remains a snowpack. Visibilities could be as low as a quarter of a mile at times. If traveling, use low beam headlights and leave extra following distance. Conditions are expected to improve shortly after sunrise.
