* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches, with the highest amounts along the west-facing slopes above 2500 feet. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western Grant County. * WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Friday. Another wave of snow showers is expected tonight through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause damage to trees and power lines. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing and drifting snow will remain a threat through Friday morning.
