Crawfish River At Milford affecting Jefferson County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rock River at Afton. * WHEN...Until early Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 10.1 feet, Floodwaters affect the property of a home on South Christian Road on the east side of the river in the Afton area. Minor erosional flood damage occurs to lowland and agricultural land adjacent to the river the Afton and Janesville areas. * WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of north central Wisconsin, including the following counties, northeastern Lincoln and south central Oneida. * WHEN...Until 1145 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 851 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen since 7 PM this evening. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area before thunderstorms end. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rhinelander and Crescent Corner. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
