Flood Advisory issued September 20 at 7:57PM CDT until September 20 at 10:00PM CDT by NWS Lincoln IL

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of east central Illinois, including the following counties, Coles and Cumberland. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 756 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Neoga, Greenup, Toledo, Jewett, Paradise, Woodbury, Trilla and Etna. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
