* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Barranquitas. * WHEN...Until 415 PM AST. * IMPACTS...Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 249 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by heavy rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Aibonito, Cayey, Cidra, Coamo and Comerio. * WHEN...Until 300 PM AST. * IMPACTS...Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1240 PM AST, Showers and thunderstorms have begun to develop across these municipalities, particularly Coamo, Aibonito and portion of Cayey and Cidra. Soils are already saturated, any additional rainfall will result in sharp rises along small streams and rivers.
