Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST this morning. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will continue to taper off, but freezing drizzle will continue at times over the next several hours.

Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST this morning. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Reduced visibility in areas of heavy snow or blowing snow will be possible. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
