* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following area,
Doniphan and Missouri, including the following areas, Andrew,
Atchison MO, Gentry, Harrison, Holt, Nodaway and Worth.
* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through late Thursday night.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings
may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread areas approaching 2 or more inches are forecast, with
potential for areas to receive 4 or more inches.

When a severe thunderstorm warning is issued, the storm may produce damaging winds, large hail, dangerous lightning, and heavy rain.
