Meanwhile, thunderstorms will be active across the Northern/Central Plains and Lower Great Lakes regions. Additionally, heat will increase across the Midwest and Ohio Valley.
Western Gulf Coast and Northeast
Tuesday and Wednesday promise to be wet as Tropical Storm EDOUARD brings heavy downpours to Galveston,TX and surrounding areas, weakening into a depression. This system is likely to cause flash flooding in urban areas and low-lying spots. In the Northeast, regions including Buffalo,NY and Boston,MA should prepare for thunderstorms and potential flooding.
Northern/Central Plains to Lower Great Lakes
On Tuesday, severe thunderstorms could develop in regions like Kansas City,MO, Omaha,NE, and Des Moines,IA. These storms bring threats of strong winds, hail, and possibly tornadoes. Keep an eye on the skies and take cover if necessary.
Southwest and Rockies
