We may provide a wider range of issued severe weather warnings for surrounding cities and counties, so some alerts may not directly impact this location. This is done to help with preparing for severe weather that may overlap or be heading towards Fort Mohave.

Flood Advisory issued September 15 at 5:05PM MST until September 15 at 7:00PM MST by NWS Tucson AZ

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of Southeast Arizona, including the following county, southwestern Cochise. * WHEN...Until 700 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. This includes areas along Highway 80, Davis Road, Gleeson Road and Charleston Road out of Tombstone. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 505 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. The heaviest rainfall, between 0.50 and 1.50 inches is south and east of Tombstone. This will cause small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... * WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of South Central Arizona, including the following county, east central Pima. This includes the southern and eastern portions of the Tucson Metro Area. * WHEN...Until 715 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 417 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain falling across the southern and eastern portions of the Tucson Metro Area. This will cause urban and small stream flooding including water running in normally dry washes, roadway dips and other low-lying areas. Radar estimates between 0.25 and 1.00 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tucson, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Drexel Heights, Tanque Verde, Vail, Corona De Tucson, South Tucson, Pascua Pueblo Yaqui Reservation, East Sahuarita, San Xavier Community, Tucson International Airport, Summit, Sabino Canyon Recreation Area, Catalina Foothills, Saguaro National Park East, Tucson Mountain Park, Rita Ranch and Seven Falls. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of Southeast Arizona, including the following county, southwestern Cochise. * WHEN...Until 700 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Rainfall runoff will result in water running in normally dry washes and roadway dips. Low-lying areas may see significant ponding of water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 402 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms across southwest Cochise county. Radar estimated that the heaviest rainfall, between 0.50 and 1.50 inches of rain, has fallen along and south of Highway 92 between Palominas and Bisbee as well as southwest of McNeal. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sierra Vista, Bisbee, Hereford, Naco, Fort Huachuca, Palominas, Coronado National Memorial and Ramsey Canyon Preserve. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of South Central Arizona, including the following county, southeast Pima. * WHEN...Until 630 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas, especially areas that drain into Cienega Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 326 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen across far southeast Pima county. * WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * WHERE...Lake Mead and Lake Mohave. * WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT /8 PM MST/ Monday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Waves of 2 to 3 feet can be expected this afternoon then waves 2 to 4 feet are likely on Monday.

Tree limbs could snap resulting in a few power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
