* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero. * WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, south central, southeast, southwest, and west central Indiana. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
