The flooding is expected to continue into the overnight and morning before falling below flood stage late this morning. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Haw Creek near Clifford. * WHEN...From early this morning to late this afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, Near major flooding in progress along Haw Creek. Flooded roads include CR 450 N, Rocky Ford Road, 10th Street and Marr Road according to Columbus Response Plan. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 12.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 1:45 AM EDT Wednesday was 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.6 feet early this morning.
