West wind gusting 30 to 40 mph, with occasional gusts up to 60 mph on the east side of the range during the afternoon. * WHERE...Wind River Mountains West and Wind River Mountains East. * WHEN...Until 11 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Additional snow amounts over South Pass will range from 1 to 2 inches. The combination of snow and wind will likely create hazardous conditions on Wyoming Highway 28 over South Pass, especially from this afternoon into this evening.
