Low-lying farmland near the river also begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 13.8 feet tomorrow evening.
