For the Lower Wolf River...including Shiocton, New London, Lake Poygan...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Wolf River at New London. * WHEN...Until Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 10.1 feet, Floodwaters begin to cover portions of West Wolf River Avenue downstream of New London.
