* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of central and north central Illinois, including the following counties, Livingston and La Salle. * WHEN...Until 500 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage areas and creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 158 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
