Total snow accumulations of 7 to 14 inches with 10 to 20 inches possible the Bear River Range and Upper Cottonwoods. * WHERE...The Wasatch Mountains, and Western Uinta Mountains. * WHEN...Until noon MST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected at times along all mountain routes including Logan Summit, and Parleys Canyon. Traction law restrictions may be enacted.
