Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 736 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow moving thunderstorms continuously redeveloping over the same area. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Areas of fog will affect the area this morning, lowering visibility to 1 to 3 miles at times. The fog may periodically become locally dense, reducing visibilities to less than 1/2 mile at times. If driving this morning, SLOW DOWN, use low beam headlights and allow extra braking distance ahead of you in case of sudden stops. The fog will quickly dissipate between 8 and 9 am edt this morning.
