Extreme turbulence makes the river too hazardous for floating. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 11.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is near its forecast crest of 11.8 feet and will begin falling late this morning. Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds will be threatened. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 18.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.0 feet around midnight tonight and remain near 19 feet through mid morning Tuesday.
