This also includes the Boundary Waters eastern and central area. * WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

For the Red River...including Wahpeton, Hickson, Fargo, Halstad, East Grand Forks, Oslo, Drayton, Pembina...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Red River of the North at Oslo. * WHEN...From Friday morning to Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, MINOR FLOOD. County Road 2 south of Oslo is closed in sections 2 and 11 of Pulaski Township. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 25.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.0 feet Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday afternoon. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

Additional scattered showers are possible Friday, but precipitation amounts will average less than one half inch.
