In New Hampshire, Northern Coos and Southern Coos Counties. * WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
