Potential for snow accumulation of 6 to 12 inches, with localized accumulations over 12 inches possible. * WHERE...All of southeast New York, northeast New Jersey, and southern Connecticut. * WHEN...From late Saturday night through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below one quarter mile in heavy snow.
