* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as the mid to upper 20s expected. * WHERE...Eastern Juab/Millard Counties, Sanpete Valley, Sevier Valley, Western Millard and Juab Counties, Wasatch Back, and Southwest Utah. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures are rising above freezing this morning but will drop below freezing again tonight into Tuesday morning.

Total snow accumulations of 6 to 14 inches for the Western Uinta Mountains with locally higher amounts further east into the Uinta mountains, and 2 to 6 inches for southwest Wyoming with locally in excess of 10 inches closer to the north slopes of the Uintas. * WHERE...In Utah, Western Uinta Mountains. In Wyoming, Southwest Wyoming. * WHEN...Until midnight MDT Monday Night. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult at times. Traction law restrictions may be enacted.
