HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Newell, Castle Rock, Newell Lake, Two Top Butte, Arpan, Belle Fourche Reservoir and Owl Butte.

At 335 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles north of Belle Fourche, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Belle Fourche Reservoir and Arpan.
