* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Savannah River near Clyo. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, the bottom floor of several riverfront homes along Tom Goethe Road begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 815 PM EDT Thursday, the stage was 14.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 13.2 feet Tuesday evening. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

Great Pee Dee River At Pee Dee affecting Marion and Florence Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Great Pee Dee River at Pee Dee. * WHEN...From Saturday morning until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Flood waters will affect swamplands and logging interests. Flood waters will affect timberland as far downstream as Yauhannah two weeks after the crest passes Pee Dee. Logging equipment needs to be moved. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 15.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Saturday morning and continue rising to a crest of 21.4 feet early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Pee Dee River At Cheraw affecting Marlboro and Chesterfield Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Pee Dee River at Cheraw. * WHEN...Until Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, River bottomland downstream from cheraw will begin to flood. At 30.0 feet, The higher bank begins to flood. Large areas of farmland and river bottomland near Cheraw will be flooded. Portions of Riverside Park become flooded. At 33.0 feet, Southeast of Wallace, water spreads onto Old River Road between Community Road and Highway 912. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 28.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 31.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
