Parts of Humbert Avenue in the East End of Cincinnati are flooded. Most of Public Landing remains flooded, as well as Riverside Park off River Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 50.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall, remaining below flood stage. - Action stage is 40.0 feet. - Flood stage is 52.0 feet.
