Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur along the Yukon Delta Coast. But wind gusts of up to 35 mph will be possible inland as well, resulting in blowing snow and poor visibility.

We are monitoring a strong storm progged to bring heavy snow to the Southern Alaska Range Saturday into Sunday. Exact amounts are still uncertain but the likelihood of seeing several inches of snow are increasing. The heaviest snow looks to arrive Saturday evening and continue through Sunday then lighten as we head into Monday.
