Southerly sustained 20 ft winds up to 20 mph with gustsup to 30 mph. * HUMIDITY... Relative humidity values as low as 20 percent. * FUEL MOISTURE... Fuel moisture near 10 percent. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

...High Fire Danger Friday... .Gusty winds, dry fuels and low relative humidity will lead to enhanced fire danger conditions across southeast Missouri on Friday. The National Weather Service in Paducah has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 11 AM to 7 PM CDT Friday. * Affected Area...In Missouri, Fire Weather Zones 076, 086, 087, 098, 100, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112 and 114. This is all of southeast missouri. * Winds...Southwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * Relative Humidity...As low as 24 percent. * 10 Hour Fuels...as low as 6 percent. * Impacts...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
