This is all of southeast missouri. * Winds...Southwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * Relative Humidity...As low as 24 percent. * 10 Hour Fuels...as low as 6 percent. * Impacts...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
