River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 959 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated snowmelt and some rainfall over the past few days is causing small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
