Afternoon relative humidity values are expected to drop below 30 percent across much of eastern Tennessee this afternoon. This will coincide with another afternoon of gusty winds of 20 to 25 mph in northeast Tennessee. As such, fire danger levels will be elevated. Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities whether you may burn outdoors. If you do burn outside, use extreme caution.
