The entire Boundary Waters is also included. * WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

Minnesota River at Morton affecting Renville and Redwood Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Minnesota River at Morton. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Riverside Rd and Front Street flooded in North Redwood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 700 PM CDT Wednesday, the stage was 21.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 700 PM CDT Wednesday was 21.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.4 feet Friday evening. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
