At 613 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 22 miles northwest of Moab, moving north at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of central Grand County. This includes the following highways... Interstate 70 in Utah between mile markers 178 and 194. U.S. Highway 191 in Utah between mile markers 145 and 157.
