IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Jewett City, Norwich, New London, Colchester, East Hampton, Groton, Old Saybrook, Salem, Chester, Mystic, Waterford, East Lyme, Ledyard, Griswold, and East Haddam.
