Minor lowland flooding throughout the reach. No flooding in Winnemucca. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:15 PM PDT Thursday the stage was 8.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to reach action stage late tonight or Friday morning.
