At 1241 PM CDT, While heavy rainfall has ended for the time being... additional moderate to heavy rainfall is possible this afternoon. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have already fallen. Runoff from earlier rainfall will continue to result in flooding the next few hours. Law enforcement reported a portion of 363rd Street has been washed out between Hedge Lane and Victory Road. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
