At 415 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain from thunderstorms has exited the warned area, leaving only light to occasionally moderate rainfall. However, between 2.5 and 4 inches of rain have fallen since 2 pm. Runoff from this heavy rain continues to collect in area creeks and streams, which may cause them to rise out of their banks. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
