* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Crawford, Franklin and Washington AR and northeast Oklahoma, including the following county, Adair. * WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 550 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. For the Bayou Dorcheat...including Springhill, Dixie Inn, Lake Bistineau...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Bayou Dorcheat near Springhill. * WHEN...Until late Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding of private boat ramps. Move livestock to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.5 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday afternoon. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
