* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following counties, Crittenden, Lee and St. Francis and North Mississippi, including the following counties, DeSoto and Tunica. * WHEN...Until 1115 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 804 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hughes, Horseshoe Lake, Robinsonville, Brickeys, North Tunica, Pinckney, Peters, Council, Diamond Woods, Commerce, Beck, Shannondale, Bruins, Kokomo, Bowdre, Whitehall, Gassett, Mud Lake, Hollywood and North Hughes. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of North Mississippi, including the following county, DeSoto. * WHEN...Until 1015 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 713 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
