* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following county, Los Angeles. * WHEN...Until 300 AM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. Minor debris flows in recent burn scars. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 958 PM PST, These moderate to locally heavy showers will continue over the Advisory area through at least midnight. This activity will be capable of producing minor flooding, along with rock slides and mudslides. Minor debris flows on area burn scars will be possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... This activity will be capable of producing minor flooding, along with rock slides and mudslides. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Far southeastern San Bernardino County in California and far southwestern Mohave County in Arizona. * WHEN...Until 1100 PM PST / 1200 AM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 856 PM PST /956 PM MST/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 845 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in Borel Burn Scar. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Borel Burn Scar is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... * WHAT...Snow. Snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches above 7000 feet. Along and east of US-395, a rain/snow mix is expected; snow accumulations will be less than an inch. Ridge winds gusting as high as 45 mph, with gusts up to 25 mph along the US-395 corridor. * WHERE...Mono County. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 4 PM PST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

Winter Weather Advisory issued November 15 at 1:54PM PST until November 17 at 4:00PM PST by NWS Reno NV

* WHAT...Snow. Snow accumulations of 10 to 16 inches above 7000 feet. At lake level, rain at the start of the event changes to a rain/snow mix early Sunday morning through the afternoon. Lake level snow accumulations will be limited to an inch or less. Donner Pass could see 8 to 12 inches of snowfall total over the duration of this event. Ridge winds gusting as high as 50 mph, with gusts of 25 to 30 mph across the Tahoe Basin, bringing choppy lake conditions. * WHERE...Greater Lake Tahoe Area. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 4 PM PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible and could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. Small boats, kayaks and paddle boards will be prone to capsizing and should remain off lake waters until conditions improve.

* WHAT...Moderate snow expected above 6000 feet. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 10 inches with 1 to 2 feet at the highest peaks. South to southwest winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada and Western Plumas County/Lassen Park above 6000 feet. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 4 PM PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels above 8000 feet tonight, 6500-7000 feet Sunday, then lowering to around 5500-6000 feet by Monday morning. A brief break in moderate snow is expected Sunday evening ahead of the next system Sunday night through Monday.
