HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...At 8:07AM, fire chief in McLouth estimated 60MPH wind gusts. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Oskaloosa, McLouth, Nortonville, and Winchester.

Locations impacted include... Overland Park, Olathe, Shawnee, Lenexa, Leavenworth, Leawood, Prairie Village, Gardner, Lansing, Merriam, Mission, Bonner Springs, De Soto, Parkville, Tonganoxie, Platte City, Basehor, Edwardsville, Fairway, and Mission Hills. HAZARD...Strong wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Lawrence, Eudora, Lone Star, Pleasant Grove, Williamstown, and Vinland. This includes Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 197 and 205.

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following counties, Atchison and Doniphan and northwest Missouri, including the following county, Buchanan. * WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 648 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area.
