Drakes Creek near Alvaton affecting Warren County. .Heavy rain from the past weekend have caused the river to rise. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Drakes Creek near Alvaton. * WHEN...Until late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Trails at Phil Moore Park flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 24.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 23.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:45 AM CDT Monday was 24.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.9 feet this evening.
