At 733 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Geneva to near Northwood. Movement was northeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Strong thunderstorms will be near... Austin and Lyle around 740 PM CDT. Brownsdale and Rose Creek around 750 PM CDT. Adams around 755 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by these storms include Toeterville, Sargeant, Otranto, Otranto Park, Mapleview, Lansing, Brookside Campground, and Mayville. This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 175 and 199.

Albert Lea, Blooming Prairie, Clarks Grove, Glenville, Geneva, Emmons, London, Hollandale, Hayward, Twin Lakes, Manchester, and Myrtle. This includes the following highways... Interstate 35 between mile markers 1 and 22. Interstate 90 between mile markers 151 and 173.

Minnesota River at Morton affecting Redwood and Renville Counties. .Recent and forecast rainfall will cause water levels on the Minnesota River to continue to rise over the next week. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Minnesota River at Morton. * WHEN...From Wednesday morning until further notice. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 300 PM CDT Tuesday, the stage was 20.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 21.3 feet this Thursday. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 21.4 feet on 05/31/2004.
