Minor flooding is ongoing. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Greenfield, East Monroe, Leesburg, Highland and Samantha.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... West Union, Manchester, Ripley, Aberdeen, Blue Creek, Decatur, Bentonville, Dunkinsville, Cedar Mills, Bradysville and Wamsley.
