Expect sustained winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph with humidities between 15 and 25 percent. Eastern portions of 423 along with zone 426 has seen little to no rainfall in the last two weeks keeping fuels critically dry. * AFFECTED AREA...In Idaho, Fire Weather Zones 423 Owyhee Mountains and 426 Southern Highlands. * TIMING...Until 9 PM MDT this evening. * WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...15 to 25 percent. * TEMPERATURES...78 to 86 degrees. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 427 Goose Creek and Raft River Valley/Southern Sawtooth NF/Twin Falls BLM south of the Snake River. * WINDS...West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 13 percent. * IMPACTS...Low humidity and moderate to strong wind causes rapid fire spread and higher intensity wildfires.
