At 1144 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Eighth Lake Campground to near Middleville to near Poolville. Movement was east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Ilion, Herkimer, Little Falls, Speculator, Mohawk, Frankfort, Dolgeville, Ohio, West Winfield, Newport, Stratford, Middleville, Poland, Inlet, Cold Brook, Jordanville, Lewey Lake Campground, Limekiln Lake Campground, Cedarville, and Russia. This includes Interstate 90 between exits 29A and 30.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following counties, Bergen, Essex and Passaic and southeast New York, including the following counties, Orange and Rockland. * WHEN...Until 1245 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1114 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
