At 603 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Rudolph, or 13 miles north of Lasara, moving southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... San Manuel, Linn, Encino, Rachal, Yturria, El Coyote Ranch Airport, Hargill Elementary, Rudolph, Hargill Reservoir, and Hidalgo City Park. This includes the following highways... Interstate Highway 69 E near mile marker 51. US Highway 77 between mile markers 748 and 762. US Highway 281 between mile markers 716 and 758.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Armstrong, Sarita, Kenedy County Wind Farms, Norias, U S 77 Border Patrol Station, Kenedy County Sheriffs Office, and Armstrong Ranch Airport.
