* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following counties, Allen OH, Putnam and Van Wert. * WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 936 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is expected. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no significant additional rainfall is expected this evening. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... West Union, Manchester, Ripley, Aberdeen, Blue Creek, Decatur, Bentonville, Dunkinsville, Cedar Mills, Bradysville and Wamsley. This includes areas along Eagle Creek in southeastern Brown County and southwestern Adams County, as well as Island Creek and Ohio Brush Creek in southern Adams County.
