The following county in southwest Ohio, Hamilton. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Soils remain moist and excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Soils are saturated from last night's rainfall and excessive runoff from storms tonight will increase the potential for flooding and flash flooding.
