While accumulations are expected to be generally an inch or less, the snow may cause some brief slick spots on roads, especially untreated ones, as well as bridges and overpasses. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia and Lawrence. * WHEN...Until 700 PM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 616 AM EST, The AIDO1 gauge reports minor flooding. The water level is falling and will continue to do so decreasing to below flood stage likely by this late afternoon. Basedment flooding in East End occurs. Flooding occurs along sections of Route 52 in Hamilton and Clermont Counties.
